What a beautiful word

How dazzling you sound

I have dozens of you in this strange world

Captured in me like pebbles that I found

Throughout this maze-like, non-linear ways

Of cruel, crushing time

But you come to my rescue in my sun-deprived days

And make my life rhyme

Sometimes, you might be quite unkind

Leaving me open treacherously

Shattering everything

Everything that binds me to the world seamlessly

Yet, I cling to you like a new-born infant

Because I believe

Without you nothing is worth-living

Without you, my past, present, future

Are all non-existent

Without you, there is neither end nor beginning

Just nothingness resides

And swallowing crowd

Silent unanswered cries

Impishly falling from the cloud
